The new torture device
Sold the recumbent bike and some other stuff to cover the price of my new toy, Concept 2 Rower. Used one in rehab and loved it, such a great full body workout.

Great workout!! I used one of those at cardio-rehab, I loved it. Wish I lived closer so I could use it too.
I think I need to get one of those...Wii Fit told me that I'm overweight...LOL..
