What kind of bush is this?

It is a climbing Hydrangea Vine.
the flowerheads contain two types of flowers, small fertile flowers in the middle of the flowerhead, and large, sterile bract-like flowers in a ring around the edge of each flowerhead. It must not grow up here cause mine don't climb and they only have the outside flowers on them. The colors can change with the ph in the soil, mine stay white. It sure is pretty!
