Em and I went to visit Dad after his surgery yesterday. They are redoing the wing he was in and had this great array of pictures up.

Progress Continues

Ceiling almost ready for tongue and groove while sanding continues.

Ceiling stain color

Trying to decide what color to stain the ceiling. We will have pine tongue and groove that will go over this plywood. We like the front left one but it is a mixture of a couple of different color stains to get that.

Deconstruction Over

Now time to start putting it back together.

The original fireplace! The existing fireplace is fake and was built in front of the old one.
