Happy Festivus

We couldn't find a Xmas tree on black Friday so I got the aluminum
pole from Lowes. Can't wait for the feats of strength after dinner
this year!

Lazy Days

The kitties are filling out well. Only problem is they sleep all day
and cause trouble all night.

And so it begins

Already with the Christmas trees and decorations. I haven't even
digested my thanksgiving yet!

Thanksgiving trip '07

8 hours of driving, 3 kids in the car. All to get to this sign. Was it
worth it? I'll let you know after I eat.

Look what I found!

It was in a 100 year old building. There was some liquid sloshing
around in it, so I drank it. Now I hear a high pitched ringing sound
and I can't feel my arms.

The New Kids

The new kittens have settled in well. Pink still doesn't get along with them yet but Emily has a great time with them. Their favorite activities are chasing their racooon tail that Emily loves to pull around and climbing on their new cat tower.

Aiden's Birthday

We celebrated Aiden's 4th B-day today. We all had a great time and everyone enjoyed playing outside. How's that weather up north?

Ginger Snap

And her name is Ginger Snap. They kept us up last night too.

Freddy Mac

The boys name is Freddy Mac. Emily wanted to name him Mac & Cheese
after her favorite food but we wanted a regular name. Therefore we
compromised.....

Names Pending

We are not 100% positive of the names yet since we changed them after we watched them play together. They are crazy and have lots of energy, we forgot what kittens were like I guess.

Pink's last night alone

We pick up the new kittens tomorrow after work so Pink will have some
new friends.

Em's Potty Platform

I put my education to work today and built Em a little platform for her potty. She was having trouble balancing on the little stool that you see in the pic. Now we don't have to worry about her falling when she goes on her own.

Football

We went and saw one of my friends son play in his Superbowl game this
morning. It was a good game but they ended up losing 18-0. Its amazing
how good these 10-11 year old kids are.

Look what I found!

I can't work up the courage to eat it yet but I will let you know how
it goes!

UPDATE: Well I attempted to eat it. For anyone brave enough to try this "food item" I can only suggest that you do not do so while piloting a motor vehicle. After taking a bite I nearly crashed as I frantically tried to open a drink to get rid of the taste. I managed to get my coke open without crashing, but when I took a swig the coke reacted to the strange substance that was now coating my teeth and foamed up bigtime. I ended up spewing this strange coke/pink plastic pieces mixture all over the van. At this time I offered my helper a bite but he declined, even after I assured him it was delicious. (Only younger brothers seem to fall for that.)

Plumbing Fun

The garbage disposal stopped working and calling their # that was on
it got me an India call center and a guy reading from a book telling
me to turn the disposal off, hit reset and it will work. Needless to
say it didn't so I was off to buy a new one. Took this pic to Lowes
and the guy set me up with the parts I needed. Love the iPhone!

My Cube

The office situation at my work is pretty bad so Andrew and I have
taken it upon ourselves to make our cubes a little more livable. His
matches mine and we took down the wall separating them so we have a
bit more room. All we need is a loveseat now.

New Additions

Funny that pigs posted up his cat today since we went and adopted two kittens this morning from the Humane Society. Help us name the kittens by leaving some names in the comments!
